Our code of conduct

Every Reidstone employee follows a written code of conduct. It prohibits bribery, conflicts of interest, discrimination, and harassment, and it protects the confidentiality of our customers’ drawings and pricing. Anyone can raise a concern, and no one is penalised for reporting in good faith.

Growing with Reidstone

Reidstone invests in its people, and there are growing opportunities for those who join us. We support professional development through structured onboarding, technical training in natural stone and global standards, and ongoing education in international trade and supply chain management. We promote from within when positions open. As our business expands around the globe, we expect to add new roles and to develop our team’s skills alongside that growth.

Standards for our partner factories

We expect our partner factories to treat their workers with the same respect. Workers must be employed lawfully, paid on time, and given working hours and benefits that comply with local labour law. Factories must not use child labour or forced labour, and workers must be free to leave a job with reasonable notice. Workplaces must be free from discrimination, harassment, and violence, and workers must be able to exercise their legal right to organise.

Incident management

Accountability

We hold factories to these standards through document reviews, site visits, and written agreements, and we end relationships with those that fall short. Employees, partners, and customers can report concerns directly to Reidstone at info@reidstone.com, and we review each report seriously.
